A Design Thinking Approach to Teaching Knowledge Management

Abstract: Pedagogies for knowledge management courses are still undeveloped. This Teaching Tip introduces a design thinking approach to teaching knowledge management. An induction model used to guide students’ real-life projects for knowledge management is presented.
