Abstract: The comprehensive programme for the education of executives at the Donau-Universität Krems emphasises the human issues of Knowledge Management and is aimed at achieving a balance of the aspects involved in the dimensions of Comprehensive Knowledge Management. The overall aim of the course is to impart the competence to the graduates to design KM projects adequately for the specific organisational environment and to conduct their implementation and evaluation.
