The Knowledge Management Education Hub

1) ALM Institute was partnering with the University of Aberdeen to offer postgraduate degrees validated and awarded by the University of Aberdeen.
2) The Professional Diploma in Organisational Learning is a Customised Award certificated and quality assured by the Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA). It is accredited at SCQF Level 9, an equivalent to a Bachelor's degree level in the Scottish Credit and Qualifications Framework.
3) The MSc and PhD programs are delivered in partnership and accredited by Abertay University's Graduate School. Teaching will take place at Al-Maktoum College and Abertay University (The Abertay campus is a short 15-minute walk from the Al-Maktoum College campus).
4) The COLP program is accredited by the International Leadership Training Center at Missouri State University, USA, and assessed by the IBDL Learning Group, USA.
Previously the COLP program was delivered by Delphi Academy International, UK (2018-2023), the company established by one of the course creators and leaders. It is or was also delivered by: Stirling Centre for Strategic Learning and Innovation, UK (est. 2025), Thrive Alternative Education, UK (est. 2024), Life Learning Academia Malta (est. 2019; a branch of Life Learning Academia, headquartered in Slovenia), and probably others. The Stirling Centre and Thrive Alternative Education have a mutual director. She has the same nationality as one of the course creators.
In November 2024 ASK Development, Pakistan, and DCBE signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to launch international certification opportunities in Pakistan. In 2025 it is being delivered through Riphah International University's Riphah ExcelTech Institute, in collaboration with additional partners (Agility Business Services, Pakistan Institute of Professional Development, and Excelerate). Another one is delivered in 2025 through the University of Lahore's Business School, in collaboration with Thrive Education.
5) The MSc, PhD, and COLP programs are also promoted through the Lisbon Business & Government School (LBS), Protugal, which has its international office at DCBE, ALM College. LBS's Malta office might be the Life Learning Academia Malta (LLA Malta) (see footnote 4). The MSc and COLP programs are also promoted through LLA Malta.
