Your bookmarks are stored in a permanent cookie on the web browser (e.g. InternetExplorer, Firefox, Chrome) of your device (PC, laptop, tablet, or mobile). So make sure not delete but to keep the cookie when you clean up your browser. Here‘s how cookies and managing them works on the major web browsers.

In general you need to make sure that you keep the cookie until its validity expires. The cookie for your bookmarks list (name: simplefavorites, website: kmeducationhub.de) is valid for one year. Each time you act with regard to your bookmarks (visiting your bookmarks list page, adding or removing bookmarks), the one year validity of the cookie will be renewed. So let’s say you start to bookmark on the 25th of November 2017 then your bookmarks list will be keept until the 25th of November 2018. If you don’t act before this date your bookmarks are lost. If you act before, eg you visit your bookmarks list page on the 24th of November 2018, then the cookie’s validity will renew until the 24th of November 2019.
