The biennial International Research Conference on Quality, Innovation and Knowledge Management (QIK), formerly the annual National and International Research Conferences on Quality Management (and Innovation Management), will examine the continuing importance of quality management, whilst paying attention to the significance of innovation management and knowledge management for business growth and development.
