1) AEBIS, formerly known as "Advanced Business Information System" and "AdvancEd Banking Information System", is the international subsidiary of BFD. It was founded in 1988 (?) in Canada and expanded to the US in 2007 (?). Currently, it is located in the US only and branded as "The Knowledge Transfer Wizards^TM". The subsidiary in Canada was siddolved in ?.
2) BFD Management entity was created in France (2006-2011 ?)
3) Previously the "Sensibilisation à la transmission des connaissances" training was also offered in partnership with the Centre de Recherche Informatique de Montreal (CRIM)
