Um Informations- und Wissensmanagement zu nutzen, implementieren sie entsprechende Funktionen bzw. Einzelaspekte in den Unternehmensablauf. Dadurch verändern sich die Aufgaben von Mitarbeitern, die häufig ohne zusätzliche Qualifikation in die Rolle von Informations- und Wissensmanagern hineinwachsen.
