Il Knowledge Management nello Sviluppo di una Comunità Scientifica Globale (English: Knowledge Management in the Development of a Global Scientific Community) is a conference and paper development workshop organized by editors/guest editors of several management journals and since 2025 by the Steering Committee of the Italian Global Community of Knowledge Management (IGCKM). The workshop aims to strengthen the original and innovative contributions from Italian early-career researchers for potential submission of their work-in-progress or early-stage research to the participating journals. It brings together scholars from various streams of management research, encouraging the examination of their studies through multiple lenses and perspectives. Participants who wish to attend the workshop without submitting an abstract are equally welcome to join the discussions and benefit from the insights shared during the event. Participation is free of charge.
Since 2025 it is also known as IGCKM Annual Conference.
