The Online Educa Berlin (OEB), currently branded as “The Global, Cross-Sector Conference and Exhibition on Digital Learning”, thus also abbreviated as OEB Global, formerly the Online Educa Berlin, last referred to as “International Conference on Technology Supported Learning and Training”, is a meeting for the international e-learning and technology-supported learning and training industry, attracting and bringing together experts in the vanguard of technology-enhanced learning from around the world. An an event for the corporate, education and public service sectors.

Traditionally, OEB is organized in Berlin at the end of November or beginning of December including a pre-conference day of workshops, seminars, forums or other events.

Since 2015 it is sub-titled with the slogan “Shaping the future of learning” and since 2018 it is incorporating the Learning Technologies Germany (LTG or LT Germany) showcase or exhibition including free Seminars and previously a Workplace Learning and Training Track.

From 2002 to 2017 OEB was organized by ICWE (Integrated Communications, Worldwide Events), an affiliate company of ICEF (International Conferences, Exhibitions & Fairs) created in 2002. Before 2002 the conference was organized by ICEF. Since 2018 OEB Global is organized by CloserStill Media and its affiliate OEB Learning Technologies Europe located in Berlin at ICWE’s office.
