The Russian Knowledge Management Week (RKW; Russian: российская неделя менеджмента знаний) is a series of special events from the expert professional community about the achievements of Knowledge Management in Russia, including the Professional Recognition Award “Transformation” (Russian: Премия профессионального признания “ПРЕОБРАЖЕНИЕ”; Winners list »).
Main language is Russian.
From 2014 to 2016 the KM Russia business forum was the main event of the RKW. From 2017 to 2019 the Expert Session “Knowledge Management: Standards and Practices” (Russian: Управление знаниями. Стандарты и практики) was held instead of the RKW. (Organizer: Business Information Systems Group of Companies (BIS GK) in cooperation with KM-Alliance and the Department of Management, Financial University) Since 2020 the Business Forum (formerly KM Expo.RU) is the main event of the week.
In 2020 the Expert Session was also held in conjunction with the RKW. In 2021 the RKW and the Expert Session were held seperately although during the same period of time. In 2021 the Expert Session was held for the last time. In 2022 the RKW and the KM Russia were held during the same period of time.
The first and second ceremony of the Professional Recognition Award “Transformation” in 2018 and 2019 were held in conjunction with the Expert Session, from 2020 to 2022 in conjunction with the KM Expo.RU. Since 2023 it is held in conjunction with the “Business Forum”.
