The China Conference on Knowledge Graph and Semantic Computing (CCKS), officially known as the National Knowledge Graph and Semantic Computing Conference (Chinese: 全国知识图谱与语义计算大会), successor of the merged Chinese Knowledge Graph Symposium (KGS) and the Chinese Semantic Web and Web Science Conference (CSWS), is organized by the Professional Committee of Language and Knowledge Computing of the Chinese Information Processing Society of China (CIPS).
CCKS brings together researchers from both forums and covers wider fields including the Knowledge Graph, the Semantic Web, Linked Data, NLP, knowledge representation, graph databases etc. It aims to become the top forum on Knowledge Graph and Semantic Technologies for Chinese researchers and practitioners from academia, industry, and government.
Chinese and English laguage papers are accepted.
The Chinese Knowledge Graph Symposium (CKGS; Chinese: 中文知识图谱研讨会; Official English translation: Conference on Chinese Knowledge Graph (KG)), organized by the Professional Committee of Language and Knowledge Computing of the Chinese Information Processing Society of China (CIPS), focused on the resources, technologies, solutions, strategies, and research issues and challenges in the construction of Chinese knowledge graphs, promoted academic exchanges between research units and between the research community and the industry, and explored the discussion and cooperation mechanism for the construction of large-scale Chinese knowledge graphs in the future.
The Chinese Semantic Web and Web Science Conference (CSWS; Chinese: 中国语义网与万维网科学大会), formerly the Joint Chinese Semantic Web Symposium (CSWS) and Chinese Web Science Conference (CWSC), and the Chinese Semantic Web Symposium (CSWS; Chinese: 中文语义网研讨会), initiated by the World Wide Web Consortium China Office and the IBM China Research Institute, aimed to promote expansions from the Semantic Web to Web Science, and to discuss the core technology on the Next Generation Web, including swarm intelligence, semantic search, Web security, natural language processing (NLP), etc. CSWS provided ample academic exchange opportunities for researchers and developers in the field of semantic web.
