The International Conference on Knowledge and Innovation Management (ICKIM), organized by Babcock University’s Department of Information Resources Management in collaboration with the university’s Office of Research, Innovation and International Cooperation (RIIC), aims to bring together academic and research scholars as well as educators and practitioners to explain and share their experiences and research findings on all aspects of knowledge management and innovation for sustainable development.
It also provides a forum for participants to present and discuss trends, concerns, practical challenges and solutions arrived at in their practice of knowledge management and innovation for the growth and development of their organizations/societies.
