The American Productivity and Quality Center Conference (APQC Conference), formerly the APQC Process and Knowledge Management Conference and the seperate APQC Knowledge Management Conference (started in 1995) and APQC Process Conference (started in 2011), is a two-days conference with 3-days pre/post-conference training/workshops, since 2022 branded as Learning Lab Workshops. The conference provides an opportunity for practitioners to learn from and network with one another, discover how colleagues in different industries and functions are solving the same problems, and make connections that will help them improve processes and practices down the road.

Conference Scope:
Knowledge Management (KM), Process and Performance Management (PPM), and Human Capital Management (HCM)

The APQC Knowledge Management Conference was initially known as the APQC Knowledge Management Symposium or APQC Annual Conference and the Knowledge Imperative Symposium. Until 1999 it was organized on an irregular basis (not annually), in 2000 it was organized twice.
