1) KM/HR Systems Auditors was co-founded by the former chair of the International Standards Organisation Working Group that created the first four human resources standards (ISO/TC 260 - Human resource management), hosted by the Healthcare Management Institute (HMI), a division of UTMB (University of Texas Medical Branch) Healthcare Systems, Inc., and the first ISO 30401 Auditor accredited by HMI.
Auditor accreditation was granted in conjunction with the International Center for Enterprise Engagement (ICEE), a joint venture between HMI and the Enterprise Engagement Alliance (EEA) established in 2017. When UTMB withdrew in 2019, EEA continued to collaborate with the people from HMI who had chaired ISO/TC 260 and co-founded the ICEE. The former ISO/TC 260 chair left ICEE in 2020 to open up KM/HR Systems Auditors.
2) Since Spring 2020, KM/HR Systems Auditors claims to have the authority to certify ISO 30401 auditors, ICEE does not have it anymore.
