KM Readiness Diagnosis: conduct an assessment or measurement that maps the current condition of the organization against each of the competencies in The 9 Competencies
KM Opportunity Identification: identify opportunities in the organization to develop or apply each competency1 day KM Planning & Roadmapping:
KM Planning: combining all the opportunities obtained on day 4, then poured into a comprehensive planning map
KM Roadmapping: the planning map is clarified in this stage. The timeline and milestones of planning are identified, potential obstacles are identified, then a KM Roadmap for the organization is designedCoaching:
1/2 day coaching: participants are asked to present the final KM Planning and Roadmap and the Dunamis Consultant Team will provide feedback. Coaching is given to each participating organization (time will be determined later, about 1 month after the program ends)
2 x 1 hour phone coaching with the Dunamis Consultant Team, if participants experience problems during the certification process or in finalizing the KM Planning & Roadmap
