The Knowledge Advantage conference or The Knowledge Advantage colloquium, organized by Ernst & Young Center for Business Innovation, its Managing the Knowledge Organization Consortium, and partners (Xerox and Strategic Leadership Forum (formerly The Planning Forum)), will focus on knowledge as a sustainable, renewable advantage in business competition. It will discuss three vital components of knowledge management: organization, process and behavior. And it will address the following challenges: Determining what areas of knowedge to tap and where they may be hidden in the organization. Extracting knowledge from sources thut cross organizational territories. Turning that knowledge into a com modity that can be passed along, augmented and invested.
